Job Description 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking Regional CDL-A drivers to operate dry van, no-touch freight on regional routes. This position is available for solo drivers or teams and requires professional conduct at customer locations and on the road. Compensation and Schedule • Estimated annual earnings: $85,000–$105,000+, with top performers potentially earning more, • Pay structure: 67–71 CPM (miles); weekly pay via direct deposit, • Sign-on bonus: $1,300, • Schedule: Regional; home every weekend, • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • 401(k), • $10,000 company-paid life insurance, • Paid training and tolls, • Referral program, • Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies, • Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes; handle 100% no-touch freight, • Adhere to assigned schedules and customer delivery instructions, • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections; promptly report defects or maintenance needs, • Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and other required documentation, • Valid CDL-A license, • Minimum age: 23 years, • Verifiable OTR or regional driving experience: at least 9 months for solo applicants, • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, • No DOT-preventable accidents in the last 3 years, • No major moving violations in the last 3 years, • No suspensions for motor vehicle offenses in the last 4 years, • No speeding citations exceeding 15 mph over the limit in the last 12 months, • No DUI/DWI in the last 7 years, • No employment terminations within the last 12 months, • No more than three jobs in the last year; average tenure per job should be at least four months, • No more than 150 days unemployed in the last 15 months (stable work history preferred), • Ability to pass required drug screening (hair test) and pre-employment/background checks, • Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers
