Job Description 10-4 Logistics USA seeks experienced Regional CDL-A drivers to operate dry van, no-touch freight on regional routes. This opportunity is available to solo drivers and teams and provides predictable home time, competitive compensation, and company-supported equipment. Senior leadership prioritizes driver safety, reliable equipment, and predictable schedules. Compensation and schedule • Estimated annual earnings: $85,000–$105,000+ for typical performers; top performers may exceed this range, • Pay structure: 67–71 CPM (miles); weekly pay via direct deposit, • Sign-on bonus: $1,300, • Newer tractors with automatic transmissions and in-cab amenities, including flat-screen displays, • 100% no-touch dry van freight, • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • 401(k), • $10,000 company-paid life insurance, • Paid training and toll coverage, • Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies, • Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes; perform 100% no-touch freight handling, • Adhere to assigned schedules and customer delivery instructions while maintaining professional conduct at customer locations, • Conduct thorough pre-trip, en route, and post-trip vehicle inspections; promptly report defects or maintenance needs, • Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and other required documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards, • Valid CDL-A license, • Minimum age: 23 years, • Verifiable OTR or regional driving experience: at least 9 months for solo applicants, • Driving record: no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years; no DOT-preventable accidents in the last 3 years; no major moving violations in the last 3 years; no suspensions for motor vehicle offenses in the last 4 years; no speeding citations exceeding 15 mph over the limit in the last 12 months; no DUI/DWI in the last 7 years, • Employment history: no employment terminations within the last 12 months; no more than three jobs in the last year with an average tenure per job of at least four months; no more than 150 days unemployed in the last 15 months (stable work history preferred), • Able to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers, • Able to pass required drug screening (including hair test) and pre-employment background checks 10-4 Logistics USA provides regional freight transportation with an emphasis on safety, reliable equipment, and professional representation at customer locations.
