Job Description Digital Art Teachers - Part-time One River School of Art & Design - Transforming Art Education $25-$40 Per Hour Job Description We are currently recruiting for a Art Teachers for students of all ages - K-12 for weekends, evenings and Summer Camps in our Hartsdale school location. MUST HAVE SUNDAY AVAILABILITY On weekends we need a teacher for K-12 digital art This position will start now there will be a chance to increase hours and class assignments in the Summer. It is a great opportunity for public and private school art teachers and current art students in graduate programs to earn extra money doing what they love. Our working environment is fun and team oriented. Our curriculum is created centrally so there is minimal prep required and all tools, equipment and supplies are provided. Our Digital Arts instructors need a strong background in visual arts - BFA or MFA preferred and at least 2 years art teaching experience. Qualifications / Requirements: • 2+ years of experience teaching Digital art classes - digital teachers need Illustrator, Animate, Photoshop, Procreate. Blender 3D is highly desirable., • BFA or BS Art Education, • Knowledge of a wide range of digital art techniques, • Thoughtful communication skills, • A passion for One River School's mission Since 2012, One River School has embarked on a mission to "transform art education".
