Qualifications KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing financial statements, lease agreements, market data, and other relevant information., • Majority of time is spent assisting in the day-to-day operational activities of the business., • Have direct access to all levels within the organization to gain direct training in finance and real estate principles., • Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with the team., • Communicate regularly and follow-up often., • Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure successful transactions and satisfied clients., • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or a related field preferred., • 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate or finance., • Strong negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from the team., • Strong communication skills both written and verbal required., • Proficiency in English., • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, • Strong experience with Microsoft office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented focus. Additional Information • Salary: $95,000-$100,000 Yearly Base + Bonus
