Job Description Location: Carrollton, TX 75006. Salary: Negotiable according to experience. Modality: On-site. Shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Team 360 Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CPA or Accountant to oversee the financial operations of an automation machinery manufacturing company. This critical role will be responsible for overseeing tax compliance, payroll processing, financial reporting, budgeting, and other accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you would be working for an Automation Machinery Manufacturing company that provides repair and maintenance services for all types of industrial electronics. Responsibilities: Tax Management: • Prepare and file all federal, state, and local tax returns accurately and on time., • Research and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities., • Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations., • Manage all aspects of payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes., • Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations., • Prepare and file payroll tax returns., • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement)., • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management., • Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts., • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions., • Manage cash flow and bank reconciliations., • Maintain accurate and organized financial records., • Assist with special projects as needed., • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations., • Adhere to company policies and procedures. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification strongly preferred., • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on tax, payroll, and financial reporting., • Strong understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles., • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications., • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Strong attention to detail and accuracy., • Experience in the service industry or a related field is a plus., • Experience with SAP, • Proficiency in Spanish is required
