Responsibilities • Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest, • Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, wine, and other beverages, • Develop strong knowledge of our beer selection, styles, flavors, and pairings, • Recommend beers based on guests' tastes and preferences, • Actively upsell and cross-sell beverages and menu items, • Educate guests about featured beers, new releases, and specials, • Build relationships with customers and help develop a strong base of regulars, • Maintain an engaging and welcoming bar atmosphere, • Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system, • Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar, • Follow responsible alcohol-service and food-safety standards, • Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management, • Assist with brewery events, promotions, happy hours, and special programming What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of bartending or high-volume serving experience preferred, • Strong beer knowledge or experience working in a brewery, taproom, beer bar, or craft-beer environment is a plus, • Excellent customer service and communication skills, • Strong sales and upselling ability, • Outgoing personality with the ability to connect naturally with guests, • Reliable, punctual, and professional, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, • Available for evenings, weekends, and high-volume shifts, • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Our Ideal Candidate You know that great bartending is about more than making drinks.     Chaat Dog is seeking a skilled and passionate Front of House & Culinary Team Member to join our team. This key dual-role is responsible for greeting guests with high energy, taking accurate orders, and assembling menu items at rapid speed—delivering the high-tempo service and unique flavors that make Chaat Dog a standout Desi-American hot dog and burger destination. Key Responsibilities: • Rapid Order Execution: Greet guests with energy, take orders accurately, and process transactions efficiently across cash and digital platforms., • Fast Food Assembly: Assemble hot dogs, smashburgers, fries, and specialty items with high speed, consistency, and attention to detail., • Agile Station Pivoting: Seamlessly switch between register service and food prep depending on the flow of customer traffic., • Maintain Workstation Efficiency: Keep register, prep, and assembly areas clean, organized, fully stocked, and sanitary throughout fast-moving shifts., • Ensure Smooth Operations: Work collaboratively with team members to navigate heavy service rushes while maintaining speed, quality, and guest satisfaction., • Stock & Inventory Support: Assist with restocking stations, monitoring inventory gaps, and flagging operational feedback to leadership., • Opening & Closing Duties: Assist with fast, efficient opening setups and closing teardowns, including equipment cleaning and restocking supplies.
