Manage all Aspects of High-Volume Patient Scheduling: • Receive incoming patient phone calls., • Verify insurance and obtain any required authorizations., • Build and maintain all patient charts., • Collect any outstanding patient payments, balance the money nightly, and print reports., • Maintain daily statistical log sheets that include all follow-ups., • Pull charts for the next day’s appointments and make reminder calls., • Work on the patient issue listing and task list daily to resolve all issues., • Communicate with OSS staff through Outlook email., • Communicate closely with billing and treating staff to resolve all patient matters., • Open and sort mail daily., • Perform other related duties as required.
