Job Description Job Summary The ACH Specialist 1 is responsible for daily ACH receipt and return operations in accordance with the NACHA Rules, Federal Reserve guidelines, and bank policies and procedures. This position supports end-to-end ACH processing, including exception handling, returns, reconciliations, and client support. The ACH Specialist 1 assist with compliance monitoring, reporting, and special projects to ensure accurate, timely and compliant ACH operations. Maintains current CPR/First Aid certification., • Learning Environment & Student Engagement - Establishes a respectful, inclusive, and professional classroom climate. Implements classroom management strategies that support effective learning and student behavior. Supervises student tasks in alignment with State standards and ensures progress is documented and monitored effectively. Provides students with clearly defined goals and a roadmap for success., • Regulatory & Documentation Compliance - Maintains all documentation and records in accordance with California Department of Health Services standards. Ensures all paperwork is accurate, timely, and organized to meet state regulatory expectations for student certification and program operations., • Professional Licensure & Continuing Compliance - Holds and maintains a valid California Vocational Nursing License and certification as a Director of Staff Development (DSD). Completes required CEUs for ongoing licensure. Maintains certification requirements (e.g., CPR/First Aid), ensuring legal and professional readiness for instructional duties., • Operational Effectiveness & Lab Readiness - Manages skills lab inventory and physical space to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness for instruction. Stocks equipment regularly and ensures a functional and professional instructional environment is maintained daily., • Time & Reliability Management - Demonstrates consistent punctuality and dependability by arriving on site prior to students. Manages time effectively by prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and completing responsibilities within the instructional schedule. LOCATION: • Corporate Office, while servicing all Goodwill Southern Los Angeles County locations as needed.
