Job Description Power the Process: Be the Backbone of Loan & Service Operations! The Loan and Operations Support role provides administrative and operational support for both the demo loan program and repair operations. This position works closely with Marketing and Sales teams, third-party vendors, and the Loan Inventory Analyst, to coordinate the movement of equipment into and out of the loan program. Responsibilities include placing and tracking inventory and loan orders, creating purchase orders, processing invoices, and reconciling inventory to ensure accurate asset management. This role also supports repair operations by facilitating material availability for Service Engineers, receiving, packing, shipping, and processing repair products. The position also performs data entry within repair management systems and provides general administrative support across the service depot and loan administration functions to ensure efficient daily operations.Responsibilities: Loan Program • Manage the full lifecycle of demo loan inventory, including procurement, inventory control, equipment distribution, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels to support business needs, • Coordinate loan activities with Marketing and Sales teams to maximize equipment utilization and ensure timely availability for demonstrations, customer engagements, and events, • Perform Quality Assurance inspections on returned equipment to confirm functionality, readiness, and compliance with company standards, • Maintain accurate system records by processing loan orders in SAP, updating the Warehouse Management System, and supporting month-end reporting and inventory analysis., • Execute logistics operations including packing, shipping, receiving, and handling of demo equipment and traveling road cases, • Analyze product usage, conduct compliance reviews, and update policies and procedures to support operational efficiency and evolving strategic initiatives, • Assist with picking and packing loan administration equipment specific to the request, • Arrange logistics to ensure on-time delivery for time specific events, • Reconcile loan equipment upon return Repair Operations • Receive incoming shipped or over the counter units, • Palletize and ship repair products, update repair systems accordingly, • Perform a thorough physical inspection of received units and list all accessories, • As necessary, contact customers for additional information or clarification regarding repair need, • Plan, stock, manage and reconcile inventories of product and parts • Facilitate materials, parts needed by Technicians to perform repair services, • Handle system data entry and administrative work when needed, • Follow-up and resolve shipping issues with freight carriers, • Speak to vendors and customers regarding delivery/pickup products, • Fully understand repair workflow and daily production goals • Assist in keeping work area clean and organized, • Identify and address safety hazards within the work area while participating in safety initiatives, • Refer all job injuries immediately to a managerWhat we offer, • Weekly schedule: 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm, • Work environment: Warehouse / Office environment, • Compensation: The wage range for this position is $25.00 to $27.50 per hour, • W-2 employment: Includes a biweekly pay schedule & direct deposit, • Health Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, and prescription insurance plans, • Retirement Savings: Consider our optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match, • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy paid holidays and utilize accrued paid time off to relax and recharge Minimum Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required with some college preferred, • Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years inventory management or fulfillment center experience, • Related experience in shipping and receiving, • Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP, • Knowledge of general business computer software and aptitude to learn new software applications, • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), • Ability to work flexible shifts/schedules/areas, overtime as required, • Excellent interpersonal skills, • Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations, • Strong verbal (speaking, listening, interpretation) and written communication skills, • Willingness to use process improvement tools and techniques, • Ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment, • Self-MotivatedPreferred Requirements, • Knowledge of Professional Camera equipment requirements with an understanding of configuration and cabling needs, • Experience working in a Rental camera business or similar industry Physical Requirements, • Ability to lift/pull weight (3lb to 75lbs), • Minimal – crawling, • Occasional – balancing, eye/hand/foot coordination, • Frequent – talking, sitting, repetitive motions, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, grasping, • Constant – hearing, standing, walking, • Must have the ability to climb ladders in compliance with OSHA standards.
