Job Description POSITION OVERVIEW: The Magic Table Bartender creates and serves beverages in a high-energy, immersive dining experience. The bartender ensures precise, creative, and engaging service, contributing to the overall concept and guest delight. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist with all aspects of guests’ initial experience, • Assist with greeting of guest promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, a smile and good posture., • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per concept standards., • Engage guests at the bar with energy and professionalism., • Provide recommendations and descriptions of specialty drinks., • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels., • Collaborate with servers and management for seamless service flow., • Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines., • Participate in concept-specific training and creative beverage development., • The ability to recognize and address potentially intoxicated, disruptive or undesirable guests., • The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation., • Strong communication and guest engagement skills., • Ability to multitask in a high-paced, interactive environment., • Knowledge of mixology and beverage trends preferred., • Professional, polished appearance and demeanor., • Team player with adaptability and problem-solving skills., • Previous find dining or high-profile guest service experience preferred., • 1-2 years of bartending experience., • Excellent knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines., • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to engage guests dynamically and interactively., • Excellent teamwork and collaboration., • Ability to remain composed under pressure., • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS NOTE: All requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
