Job Description Job Title: Planner Scheduler Job Description • The Planner Scheduler is responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules while ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of necessary materials., • This involves analyzing inventory levels, forecasting demand, creating purchase orders, managing supplier relationships, and resolving procurement issues that could impact production., • Create and maintain production schedules., • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials., • Analyze inventory levels and forecast demand., • Create and manage purchase orders., • Manage and maintain strong relationships with suppliers., • Resolve procurement issues that could impact production., • 2-5 years of experience in a related role., • Experience in inventory control, materials scheduling, and production planning., • Proficiency with ERP systems; experience with NetSuite is a plus., • Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred., • Ability to work in a chaotic environment while maintaining composure., • The work environment is situated in a very old building, built in 1905, which needs improvements., • The team is small and reports to the production supervisor., • The role offers flexible shifts from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekend work. The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
