Job Description Project Manager (Emphasis in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering) Reports to the Construction Manager of Capital Improvements or their designee, the position provides complete management of multiple projects from design to construction through project closeout. The Education and/or Experience for this position includes a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field and ten years related experience, or a high school diploma and fifteen years related experience.
