Job Description Responsibilities: • Prepare and set up the breakfast area for guests, • Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and labeled, • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area, • Monitor food inventory and replenish items as needed, • Assist guests with any questions or special requests regarding the breakfast offerings, • Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, • Collaborate with the banquet and catering teams for special events, • Follow food safety guidelines and regulations during food handling and preparation, • Assist the cook with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or preparing salads Skills: • Excellent customer service skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, • Strong attention to detail to ensure food quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards are met, • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, • Basic knowledge of food safety practices and regulations, • Experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
