Job Description General Manager (Full-Service Restaurant) Reports To: Vice President of Operations Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt Salary: $90,000 + bonus and benefits We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to lead the overall operation and performance of a high-volume, full-service restaurant. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales and profitability, and building a high-performing team grounded in hospitality, integrity, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader—someone who can analyze the business, motivate teams, and execute at a high level in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Drive Business Performance • Analyze market trends and conduct annual business reviews to identify growth opportunities, • Own the restaurant’s P&L, achieving sales, cost, and profit targets, • Develop and execute action plans to address performance gaps, • Lead local marketing and community engagement initiatives to increase guest counts, • Oversee accurate forecasting, financial reporting, and budget management Lead and Develop Teams • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team, • Foster a positive, accountable, and engaging workplace culture, • Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning, • Identify and mentor future leaders within the organization, • Ensure all training programs and operational standards are consistently executed Deliver Operational Excellence • Ensure consistent execution of high-quality food, beverage, and service standards, • Maintain best-in-class cleanliness, safety, and sanitation practices, • Oversee kitchen operations, including purchasing, inventory, and food preparation standards, • Monitor service efficiency, including ticket times and guest flow Create Exceptional Guest Experiences • Champion a culture of hospitality where every guest feels valued, • Actively engage with guests and respond to feedback, including online reviews, • Ensure the dining room environment meets brand standards (ambiance, cleanliness, service) Manage Administrative & Financial Functions • Oversee payroll, scheduling, and personnel records with accuracy and compliance, • Manage daily cash handling, deposits, and financial reconciliation, • Maintain inventory controls and respond to audits and inspections, • Ensure proper use of POS and payroll systems What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of General Manager or senior leadership experience in a full-service restaurant, • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing profitability, • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills, • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and cost controls, • Deep understanding of restaurant operations, including kitchen and front-of-house, • Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences, • Excellent communication and organizational skills, • Experience with POS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP or similar) preferred What You’ll Get • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus, • Comprehensive benefits package, • Growth and advancement opportunities, • A culture that values leadership, integrity, and teamwork Why Join Us?
