Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, operating life-support equipment, and collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The RN maintains accurate documentation, follows hospital protocols, and provides compassionate support to patients and families. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and vital signs., • Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as prescribed., • Operate and manage ventilators and other critical care equipment., • Respond promptly to emergency situations and perform life-saving interventions., • Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans., • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records., • Active RN license (NY)., • Minimum 2 year of ICU or critical care experience., • Current BLS and ACLS certifications., • Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
