Overview Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office environment. This role is essential in providing support the team with administrative, HR, and o?ce management tasks. resources. This individual will assist the senior management team, handle various administrative duties, and contribute to the e?cient running of the o?ce. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, and possess strong organizational skills. Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to senior management., • Assist with o?ce management tasks, including maintaining o?ce supplies and equipment., • Support general HR functions such as onboarding, record-keeping, and employee inquiries., • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and communication with clients and vendors., • Prepare and process documents, reports, and other paperwork as needed., • Coordinate and assist with meetings and company events., • Previous experience in an administrative or o?ce support role preferred., • Strong organizational and time-management skills., • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities., • Pro?ciency in Microsoft O?ce Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)., • Ability to handle con?dential information with discretion., • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently., • Flexibility to work 4-5 days a week in the o?ce.
