Job Description Overview: Culligan of Endicott is looking for a dedicated Bottled Water Production Manager to lead the daily operations of our bottled water facility. This position is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while maintaining compliance with Culligan standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can motivate a team, streamline processes, and uphold our reputation for delivering great water and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of bottled water production, including bottling, labeling, packaging, and storage., • Schedule and manage production to meet daily and monthly volume goals., • Maintain strict compliance with Culligan quality standards, FDA regulations, and local health and safety requirements., • Monitor and maintain production equipment; coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs as needed., • Lead, train, and coach production employees to meet performance, safety, and quality expectations., • Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to support uninterrupted production., • Track and analyze key metrics such as yield, downtime, and efficiency to drive continuous improvement., • Collaborate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of finished products., • Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout the facility. Education: Associate or bachelor’s in operations management (or related field) or 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience: 5 years of production or plant management experience, preferably in beverage or food manufacturing. Certifications: CPO (Certified Plant Operator) and PCQI (Preventative Controls Qualified Individual) certified is preferred. Skills: • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills., • Knowledge of bottling line operations and maintenance practices., • Familiarity with quality assurance and regulatory compliance., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production tracking systems., • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., • Must be comfortable working on the production floor and standing for long periods. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be willing to work in a moisture-rich environment and occasionally in outside weather conditions.
