The clinician is responsible for the provision of direct client services through the facilitation of weekly groups and coordination with other agencies serving the clients, including probation and polygraphy. The clinician in the ASO Program will demonstrate expertise in providing trauma-informed care, utilizing evidence-based approaches specific to sex offending behavior. The Clinician must possess the ability to engage and affect change through a person-centered model. The Clinician will demonstrate initiative, flexibility, creativity, and a collaborative spirit. Essential Functions of the Role:  Upon assignment of a new client, contact the person, set appointment to come to CHOICE office for in-take meeting, and complete all required paperwork, proceeding within the required guidelines. For all assigned cases:  Set client goals.  Align care activities with client goals.  Monitor progress of goals, adjust care needs accordingly. o Collect and enter data and notes accurately, thoroughly and timely, documenting activities and outcomes into case management systems. o Plan and execute care activities in accordance with client goals and Medicare acuity rating, minimizing any potential issues with billing and reimbursement to the agency. o Plan and utilize time so that needed outcomes for the client are achieved and completed within the amount of time allotted by their respective acuity rating. Job Description Purpose of the Role: The Criminal Justice Client Care Coordinator will provide time-limited (12 months) wrap-around services to support clients who experience barriers because of a criminal history. These services include administering risk and needs assessments; assisting clients with their job search and connecting them to job training; legal advocacy; accessing public benefits and housing assistance; navigating community supervision (probation); and other case management needs. The Criminal Justice Client Care Coordinator will work closely with internal programs and external partners to empower clients of the program to have the skills and confidence to thrive as active participants in the community. Essential Functions of the Role: • Criminal Justice Client Care Coordinator will have the vision and passion to support the development, implementation, and growth of all aspects of the Re-Entry Intensive Case Manager Program and provide the following services:, • Conduct follow-up outreach of direct/or self-referred clients who are eligible and in need of re-entry services., • Transport clients from County Jail upon release., • Complete initial assessment and follow-up re-assessments., • Provide direct services to clients through regular case management meetings., • Assess clients’ needs, situations, personal strengths, and support networks to determine their goals. Job Description Job Title: Deputy Airport Manager – Operations Location: Westchester County Airport (HPN) Department: Administration Reports to: Airport Manager Position Summary: The Deputy Airport Manager – Operations is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations; ensuring regulatory compliance; maintaining safe, secure and efficient airport operations; and providing operational support to airline, corporate, and general aviation users. Key Responsibilities: • Accountable to the Airport Manager for the development and implementation of strategic operational policies;, • Oversee airport operations including airside, landside, airline services, security and environmental;, • Responsible for the Airport’s regulatory compliance programs including, but not limited to: Airport Certification Manual (ACM), Airport Security Program (ASP), and ISO-14001 certification;, • Integrates and collaborates with the Deputy Airport Manager – Administration to assure Airport Operations align with business initiatives and agreements;, • Responsible for aircraft operational efficiencies for the overall benefit of the Airport;, • Develops and manages operations and maintenance teams to optimize cohesion, performance and to provide clarity and direction for overall situational awareness;, • Responsible for the Airport’s emergency preparedness posture through effective training and partnerships with mutual aid, the County’s Department of Emergency Services and other related stakeholders. Leads day-to-day operations, training tabletops, and full scale exercises utilizing a common framework under National Incident Management System (NIMS);, • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with Airport tenants, aircraft operators, FAA, TSA, CBP, CDC, USDA, NYCDEP, NYSDEC, Westchester County leadership, Airport Advisory Board, auditors, relevant labor union(s) leadership, and other relevant local State and Federal government agencies;, • Respond to all airport emergencies and irregular operations – 24 hours per day, 365 days per year; and Education | Experience • Four-year degree in Airport, Aviation, Business Administration, or related field., • Minimum ten years of experience in progressive roles of responsibility in airport operations, facilities management, process or program management or an acceptable combination of training and experience. Qualifications • Demonstrated superior supervisory, management and administrative capabilities., • Demonstrated program and process management capabilities and the ability to effect processes within airport teams., • Proven ability to effectively interface with a variety of airport stakeholders and tenants., • Demonstrated ability to lead the operational relationship among the airlines, service providers and corporate aviation tenants., • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to build positive relationships and engage effectively with tenants, County officials, and other airport stakeholders. Skills • Ability to track projects to ensure financial objectives can be met., • Ability to follow budget restraints given by leadership and project scope., • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret industry periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and government regulations., • Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardizations exist., • Ability to create, update, track and maintain a master standard operating procedures (SOP) manual., • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and monitor KPIs Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, database management, and properties management software., • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision., • A valid driver’s license is required.
