In Flight Inc., is a nonprofit that provides support services within a home environment and the community for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). $19.00- $21.50 * Must be med certified and driver eligible within the first 90 days to keep $19.00 rate Increases based on: • Experience- .25- $1.00 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensure the health, safety and well-being of people in the program, • Complete Residential Habilitation documentation in a timely fashion and ensure implementation of staff service actions., • Provides nutritious, balanced meals based on the house menu. Encourage and assist individuals to participate in shopping and food preparation, • Complete daily routines with regard to chores, housekeeping, maintenance of ADL kits, and active treatment. Alert Residence Manager when more ADL or program supplies are needed., • Implement community integration and involvement based on the Residential Habilitation (Res Hab) plans of each individual., • Ensure that the residence is maintained with a high level of cleanliness and respect for the people that reside there., • Address all crisis situations, and medical emergencies in accordance with agency policy, • Upon completion of the medication administration course, Maintains Med Certification and dispenses medications as assigned., • Assist with personal care and health-related needs. Comply with the guidance provided by the Supervisor, Residence Manager and the Nursing Department., • Assist with maintenance of residence files and inventories as needed., • Will implement all Behavioral Management progress and required., • Represent the agency in a positive manner to other staff, agencies, the community, service providers, and on the internet including email and social media sites., • Comply with and implement practices in accordance with state and federal regulations., • Provide transportation to and assist at medical appointments and lab work. Provide transportation to and from activities which are person centered including church, home visits, individual and group outings., • Perform any other work-related duties as requested by supervisor(s) and/or Executive Director or their designee. QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or equivalent, • Possession of a clean, valid New York State Driver’s License., • Implementation of Individual’s Comprehensive Functional Assessment or Individualized Service Plan and Individual’s MY LIFE PLAN as needed., • Completion of OPWDD Core Competency training, • Implement Individuals Residential Habilitation Plan and/or Formal Active Treatment Goals., • Document goal progress on a daily basis., • Capable of learning use of electronic record for documentation, • Adhere to Individuals' safeguard plans., • Adhere to Person Centered Philosophy of Care., • Demonstrate OPWDD Core Competencies on an on-going basis., • Physically transfer participants during ADL and positioning activities., • Assist and train Individuals in activities of daily living, including but not limited to: toileting, feeding, dressing, and bathing., • Implement therapeutic programs as required by clinical staff., • Administration of medical treatments as prescribed by medical staff., • Complete required written reporting daily in the program communication log., • Participate in washing, drying, folding and mending of residents’ clothing and linens., • Participate in cleaning and general maintenance of the residence and Agency-owned property, • Preparation of meals and clean-up., • Participate in cleaning and maintenance of adaptive equipment and other personal possessions of residents., • Assist in transporting residents to medical, recreational and educational services as required., • Participate in mandatory staff meetings and in-service training., • Maintain all required trainings, • Remain at work until a suitable replacement reports for duty., • Evening FT 3p-11p Wed thru Sun (Mon/Tues off), • Day Shift/Cook FT - 8a-4p Mon thru Fri, • Overnight FT 11p-9a Thurs thru Sat (Sun/Mon/Tues off), • Weekend day shift - 7a-5p Sat/Sun

Job Description The Superintendent is responsible for the successful completion of the jobs given to them, which includes completing on time, on budget, and maintaining a high level of quality, safety, and professional communication. Commercial/Residential Construction projects. Experience in new and renovation work, complete working knowledge from sitework thru MEP. Good communication and organizational skills. Able to manage multiple priorities and tasks at one time – a team player. Responsibilities: • Review plans and scope of work and create time estimates accordingly., • Review materials lists and ensure that timelines are adjusted for availability and time constraints, • Develop a project schedule, including critical path work, • Schedule and assign labor, procure materials and resources, and provide direction and control, • Oversee project crew members to ensure proper maintenance, repair, and alteration of structures, • Ensure technical specifications and plans are followed., • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, • Minimum OSHA 10 Certification and Scaffolding training., • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, PC-based scheduling and spreadsheet applications including Project, Excel and Word, • Demonstrate the ability to perform in areas: estimating, scheduling, budgeting/cost control, field supervision, financial reporting, client relationship, interpersonal skills, computer skills, safety/insurance, ability to communicate; both written and oral., • Ability to read/Interpret Blueprints and SpecificationsCompany DescriptionMid Hudson Construction Management (MHCM) is a high quality, innovative construction company that has built its reputation through successful execution of challenging projects.
