Job Description We are looking for a talented School Psychologist to join our team for the upcoming school year. Hourly Rate Range: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour Responsibilities include: • Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs., • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams., • Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and behavioral growth., • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to develop effective academic and behavioral interventions., • Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and crisis intervention when needed., • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) and IDEA regulations., • Provide consultation and training for staff on topics such as mental health, classroom behavior management, and social-emotional learning., • Master's or Doctorate in School Psychology or Educational Psychology from an accredited program., • Valid North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) School Psychologist License., • Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential preferred., • Competitive Pay: We negotiate on your behalf to ensure you get a pay package that fits your needs., • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy contracts up to 40 hours per week; unlike salaried positions, you would be paid time 1.5 for anything approved over 40 hours by your supervisor., • Dedicated Support: Our dedicated Relationship Manager is there with you every step of the way to ensure you have what you need., • Flexibility Post-Contract: Options to extend your contract, convert to a permanent position, or explore new opportunities., • Personal Time Off: Accrue paid time off for every hour worked., • Paid Holidays: 6 paid holidays – Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Presidents Day, and Memorial Day., • Material Reimbursement: $250 reimbursement for supplies or resources used in your role., • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision options available. 4% 401(k) match to help you plan for your future.
