West Homes is a family-owned residential home builder offering high quality spec and semi-custom homes in safe, quiet neighborhoods across Virginia, Tennessee, and North Carolina. We are growing and looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team in a high-impact customer-facing role. The Sales Associate will promote and sell our homes in one of our North Carolina communities located in King or Rural Hall, just 15 minutes from Winston-Salem and 40 minutes from High Point or Downtown Greensboro. The successful candidate will work as part of our internal sales team to demonstrate the values and benefits of West Homes products and services while effectively communicating what differentiates us from competitors. Understanding how to connect with people, learn their wants and needs, overcome objections, and close sales is critical to the role. If you are driven, results-focused, and possess amazing customer experience skills, you probably have the attributes necessary to make a big impact at our company, grow your own success, and improve the lives of your home buyers. No Real Estate License or certifications are required. The Company will provide all necessary training to get you up to speed quickly, as well as offer continual learning opportunities and coaching. Responsibilities · Work independently to promote new home products and services · Learn and follow sales processes and procedures including lead tracking and follow-through · Answer customer questions, overcome objections, close sales, and gain customer insights · Meet sales goals for assigned community · Understand and manage Company Policy for working with Real Estate Agents · Assist with sales and marketing campaigns including social media content · Assist with managing community model homes including general maintenance and upkeep · Meet regularly with the Sales Manager to inform, report results, and share market insights Preferred Skills · Self-starter with excellent communication and customer service skills · Outgoing and positive attitude, with strong problem-solving skills · Highly organized with obsessive attention-to-detail and follow-through · Able to navigate remote work, utilize technology and manage mobile information. This employer is offering a competitive compensation package which includes a base salary, result-driven commissions, bonuses and benefits including healthcare and PTO. This position is model home and hybrid based with regular time spent in the assigned community. This position involves retail business hours and flexible availability to answer phones or show homes, including evenings and weekends, and may require some travel.
