WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED • Ability to learn and follow our SOPs (standard operating procedures), • Attention to detail and the ability to check work over for quality, • Basic math skills and computer proficiency, • Clear written communication skills, • High school diploma or equivalent, • Punctual and reliable attendance, • Situational awareness, commitment to safety, and ability to work in a secure environment, • Strong work ethic with the ability to take ownership of your work and accountability for your results This role requires close attention to detail, a drive for accuracy, and a commitment to keeping yourself and others safe. Experience would be a bonus, but a willingness to learn and an openness to trying new things are even more important. You will: • Operate machinery according to company's safety, quality, and production procedures, • Cleanly transfer materials between workstations, • Complete accurate job audit logs, • Inspect completed products for quality control, • Clean and maintain the equipment to keep it in good condition, • Keep your work area clean and organized, • Assist with inventory counts as directed You'll typically work from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
