Job Description Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for a skilled Quality Manager to spearhead quality assurance functions at our clients’ Middletown, NY facility. This pivotal role combines oversight of quality systems with direct, on-the-floor leadership. Pay: $100K to $115K Requirements • 3–5+ years of Quality Assurance experience within manufacturing, • Proven track record managing or supervising QA or production teams, • Expertise in quality systems, documentation, and continuous improvement, • Exceptional ability to interpret specifications, measurements, and compliance standards, • Strong computer literacy, especially in reporting and documentation tools, • Experience implementing or revamping quality processes, • SQF certification or extensive audit experience, • Background in flexible packaging, food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or aerospace, • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, • Experience with regulatory compliance and third-party audits, • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, • Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment and potential for relocation Johnson Service Group, Inc.
