Job DescriptionPaul Davis Restoration is a locally owned office in it's 33 rd year which is part of a network of 380 Paul Davis outlets in the USA and Canada. We provide property insurance repair and mitigation services to residential and commercial customers. Your primary responsibility will be to record data into the Paul Davis proprietary software, do estimate data entry, track job progress, assist office accountant, create job folders for our project management team, monitor and update job status notes, monitor job payments, complete and maintain MS Excel spreadsheets and share in other administrative tasks to assist in the daily operational needs of the company. The ideal candidate for this position will: • be enthusiastic and service oriented, • be organized, efficient and detail oriented, • have solid computer skills including Microsoft Office, Quickbooks and similar software, • have a good record of timeliness and attendance, • provide assistance to the owner, office manager and other key employees, • 20-30 hrs per week. Hours somewhat flexible. Full time possible for the right person.This position requires on-site attendance and is not remote.
