Job DescriptionSalary: $65,000 + dependent on experience Job Description: UNEX Manufacturing, a family-owned manufacturing company with a long record of success, currently has an opening for an Industrial Supply Account Representative at our Lakewood, NJ location. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented self-starter to join our team. Through customer training, relationship building and effective use of Excel and CRM tools, the Industrial Supply Account Representative will be responsible for managing our key accounts in the industry supply space. This position offers a clear path to advancement and/or movement within the company based on performance and leadership abilities. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage key distributor accounts to ensure Unex is properly and thoroughly represented in the market, • Conduct Unex product training both in person and remotely to empower distributor sales representatives to position Unex as a strong supplier in the warehouse manufacturing space, • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their unique needs and offering custom solutions, • Partner with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and lead generation strategies, • Create and deliver engaging and compelling sales presentations to prospective and existing clients, • Track and report on sales performance metrics, using CRM and analytics tools to drive continuous improvement, • Utilize Microsoft Excel skills to track activity, analyze, and interpret account data uncovering trends and growth opportunities, • Identify and pursue new business through proactive prospecting, networking and referrals Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelors degree preferred or 5 years work experience in lieu of degree, • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively educate and present to groups, both in person and remotely, • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint; Bonus points if you have experience using CAD to read and review drawings, • Be an intermediate Excel user with the ability to create basic to intermediate formulas, and work with multiple or linked spreadsheets, • Highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts and competing deadlines efficiently, • Willingness to be in the field 15-20% of the time with occasional overnight travel, • Some internal or external sales experience helpful, but not required Note: This is a full time in office position - remote or hybrid work is not available at this time Benefits: • Health, Dental and Life Insurance, • Paid time off, • 401(k) with employer match upon eligibility To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have work authorization that does not now, nor in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment the United States
