Job Description Role Summary This role supports day-to-day warehouse operations — receiving and inspecting shipments, pulling and packing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory across both bulk/pallet and case-pick/parcel work. You'll work directly in SAP B1, handle walk-in customer transactions and returns, and move between tasks and locations as the operation requires. What You'll Do ● Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments — flagging damage, defects, or discrepancies — into inventory ● Pull, pack, and verify outbound orders in both bulk/pallet and piece-pick/parcel environments, ensuring accuracy ● Put away stock and maintain accurate bin mapping so inventory can be located reliably ● Handle walk-in customer checkout and process shipped and walk-in returns — inspect returns and flag them for restock, vendor return/credit, or write-off as a last resort ● Create GRPOs (goods receipt POs) and update barcodes and SKUs (stock keeping units) in SAP B1 ● Coordinate cross-location inventory transfers in SAP B1 and conduct cycle counts / inventory audits ● Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified); follow safety guidelines while standing for extended periods and lifting up to 60 lbs, including repetitive lifting for an hour or more at a stretch What Separates Strong Performers ● Tracks specifics — exact counts, SKUs, steps — rather than working from a general sense of what needs to happen ● Holds the same standard of accuracy on a bulk pallet run as on a single piece-pick order — no environment gets the shortcut ● Takes correction well, whether it comes from a supervisor or a coworker, and doesn't need to hear the same feedback twice ● Handles unglamorous, repetitive tasks without complaint and earns the team's trust over time ● Owns mistakes directly and raises process concerns rather than working around them ● Moves fluidly across tasks and locations — the versatility that leads into floor supervision or coverage-relief responsibilities as you grow in the role What You Need to Succeed Read through honestly before you apply — this role is a good fit if: ● You have a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and have worked in a warehouse setting before ● You're comfortable operating pallet jacks and hand trucks; forklift certification is a strong plus, especially for bulk/pallet work ● You're proficient with ERP (enterprise resource planning) or order management systems, preferably SAP B1 ● You can stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly, including sustained stretches with no lighter tasks to rotate to ● You have reliable transportation and can commit to being on time for every shift, without exception ● You're comfortable keeping personal phone use off the floor during your shift ● You work well without close supervision and manage your own time effectively What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($17.00–$22.00, based on experience), medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, training & development, career advancement opportunities, and flexible scheduling.
