The Job Zachys is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our marketing initiatives across email, e-commerce, events, and cross-functional campaigns. This role works closely with our Integrated Marketing & Partnerships Manager, while collaborating with the E-commerce, Digital, Creative, and Auction teams. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who’s eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple channels, build strong operational skills, and grow within a fast-paced, premium brand environment. Responsibilities Email Marketing & Campaign Support • Build, schedule, test, and deploy email campaigns (Dotdigital), • Maintain the master email and campaign calendar, • Support post-send reporting, KPI tracking, and insights, • Review inbox replies and unsubscribe requests Experiential Marketing & Events • Support planning and execution of retail activations and private client events (some evenings/weekends), • Assist with vendor coordination, assets, run-of-show docs, and onsite logistics, • Help compile event recaps and performance summaries E-commerce, Website & Digital Support • Assist with website QA to ensure content accuracy and alignment with the marketing calendar, • Support campaign performance reporting, • Help manage flash sale pricing uploads and take-downs, • Support blog and education initiatives during our website transition General Marketing & Cross-Team Support • Source creative assets for email, web, and event collateral, • Support light press and communications efforts as needed, • Help keep timelines, assets, and deliverables organized across teams Requirements The successful person in this position will be detail oriented, curious, proactive, organized, approachable yet professional, and able to balance the goals of the business with the engagement of our employees and our company values. • 1–2 years of marketing, email, events, or related experience (internships welcome), • Strong organizational and project management skills, • Excellent written communication; copywriting experience a plus, • Familiarity with email platforms (Dotdigital a plus), • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel (basic data analysis, VLOOKUPs, etc.) Core Hours: 9am-6pm Compensation: 55K- 57K
