Our office, located in historic Old Town San Diego, is seeking a full-time Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Career Growth Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Evenings Off Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Retirement Plan Health Insurance Responsibilities Responsibilities: • Process client policy change requests promptly and accurately., • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new insurance products and offerings., • Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, and networking., • Provide exceptional customer service to both existing and potential clients., • Increase sales revenue by leveraging phone, email outreach, and targeted client lists., • Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales opportunities within established timeframes., • Educate clients on insurance policies that best fit their needs, explaining coverage details and options., • Issue new policies and clearly communicate their benefits and potential risks to clients. Requirements Desired Qualifications & Requirements: • Upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude., • Ability to multi-task, follow through, and follow up effectively., • Superior computer skills., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent., • Active insurance license (P&C and Life & Health) or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire (training provided for the right candidate)., • Previous work experience in insurance sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing preferred., • Bilingual (fluent in both English and Spanish) is a definite plus., • Must have no felony convictions.
