Job DescriptionDescription: The Job: Outside Sales Representative – Residential Services Location: San Diego, CA Pay: $50,000 – $120,000/year (base salary + uncapped commission — the better you are, the more you earn) Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time (no nights, no weekends unless you want to make more) Perks: Company car, benefits, PTO, and full support from a team that’s got your back Purpose Drive sales growth by generating and closing new leads, upselling existing customers, and building strong relationships within a designated territory. Deliver customized solutions through home and property inspections and ensure customer satisfaction by providing full-service pest control proposals and maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety. Key Contributions • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to generate and close new business., • Conduct complete property inspections to assess customer needs and identify appropriate services., • Prepare, present, and close service proposals for residential and commercial customers., • Fully own the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring tight coordination with operations to schedule, launch, and execute all sold services, while driving timely payment and supporting collections efforts., • Grow revenue by upselling additional services to existing customers., • Prospect, follow up on leads, and build relationships within the assigned territory and community., • Clearly communicate service value and recommend full-service solutions to customers., • Maintain accurate sales documentation and records., • Maintain assigned sales vehicle, equipment, and tools in safe, clean, working condition., • Participate in required sales meetings, training, and ongoing development., • Operate safely and in compliance with driving laws, PPE requirements, and company policies., • Meet monthly and quarterly new business and upsell sales targets., • Maintain =98% accuracy in proposals, contracts, and sales documentation., • Respond to =95% of new leads within same day or 24-hour service-level agreements., • Meet weekly activity targets (e.g., proposals submitted, follow-ups completed)., • Accelerates revenue capture by reducing the cost of open territories and call center gaps., • Protects compliance through accurate background checks and adherence to hiring standards., • Drives scalability by building repeatable, efficient recruiting processes for high-volume frontline roles., • Collaboration and communication: Effectively partner with customers, team members, and managers to meet client expectations and resolve issues., • Problem-solving and judgment: Employ sound sales strategies, troubleshoot customer needs, and make decisions to close sales and maintain customer satisfaction., • High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years of proven driving experience., • Successful completion of 30-day initial training (classroom and field) and earning minimum required monthly sales KPIs., • Prior sales expereince., • Experience working in multi-state, high-growth, or field-based environments., • Advanced certifications or specialized knowledge in sales or pest control.
