WHAT L2 CAN OFFER YOU: • 401k Retirement Plan & Company Matching, • Health Insurance, • Vision Insurance, • Dental Insurance, • Employee Assistance Program, • Life Insurance Job Level Expectations: • Ability to manage multiple retail projects simultaneously across brands., • Align merchandising direction with overall brand identity., • Exert good judgment in prioritizing tasks and allocating visual merchandising resources., • Understand the strategic role of merchandising in brand building and communicate it effectively across departments., • Consistently demonstrate L2 Brands’ Core Values., • Be a proactive, self-starting individual with a strong creative and operational mindset., • Take responsibility for project outcomes and maintain a continuous improvement approach., • Ensure in store merchandising aligns with each brand’s overall aesthetic and strategic vision., • Lead execution of retail product display for League, Legacy, Ouray, and Locale., • Conceptualize and execute branded concept shop installations for all channels and retail partners., • Execute and support on-site retail activations for all brands and channels by implementing immersive in-store brand experiences that elevate customer engagement., • Build, manage, and adhere to retail merchandising budgets to ensure cost-effective project execution and financial accountability., • Recap and report on each installation, sharing key insights and performance takeaways., • Create project calendars, timelines, and milestone check-ins for all retail merchandising initiatives., • Communicate with key external partners hosting retail events, ensuring alignment and execution., • Collaborate with the marketing team to source and deliver all required branding assets for events and installs., • Provide photography and imagery for the digital marketing team to support social media and digital storytelling during and post activations and installs., • Maintain visual merchandising consistency across all retail touchpoints., • Stay informed of current trends in retail presentation, customer behavior, and brand engagement strategies., • Support Merchandising team with all aspects of photoshoots (studio and on-location), • Prep and manage blank/decorated samples, • Assist with styling, steaming, and shoot-day execution, • Help organize models and maintain model spec records, • Assist with sample management for merchandising initiatives, • Organize and track samples for tradeshows, sales kits, photoshoots, and marketing, • Enter and submit sample orders; track status and communicate updates, • Prep, label, fold/hang, and ship samples as needed, • Must be creative, driven, and solutions oriented., • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital planning tools. A plus if versed in Canva and/or SmartDraw, • Must be comfortable lifting up to 30lbs and working in both indoor and outdoor retail environments., • Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, or a related field., • 1-3years of relevant experience in retail or visual merchandising., • Prior experience executing concept shop or retail brand installations., • Strong project management skills., • Excellent verbal and written communication., • A sharp eye for detail, brand identity, and visual storytelling., • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners., • Highly organized and efficient with strong follow-through., • Strong creative thinking with practical execution capabilities., • Outstanding time management and multitasking skills., • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills., • Effective communicator with both internal teams and external stakeholders., • Driven by innovation, brand storytelling, and customer experience., • Adaptable to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities., • Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability., • Strong understanding of L2 Brands’ product lines and core values.
