Job Description Company: Oakmont Gardens Location: Collin County, TX (Princeton / McKinney area) Employment Type: Full-time (some evenings/weekends for tours & events) Compensation: Base + Commission + Bonuses (see plan below) Start Date: ASAP About the Role We’re a boutique assisted living home (Type A) with a big heart and a small, high-touch resident census. Your mission is simple: drive qualified move-ins through proactive outreach, rapid lead response, exceptional tours, and strong community partnerships. What You’ll Do • Respond to new inquiries within minutes; qualify needs, budget, and move-in timeline., • Convert leads to tours, tours to deposits, and deposits to move-ins—own the pipeline end-to-end., • Plan and host family tours; present care services, pricing, and availability with confidence and compassion., • Coordinate pre-admission steps (physician forms, assessments, meds list, move-in checklist) with the care team., • Build referral partnerships (case managers, hospital/rehab discharge planners, home health/hospice, LTC agents, placement agencies, churches, senior centers)., • Run simple local marketing (flyers, coffees, networking, senior events) to generate new leads., • Keep CRM updated (notes, next steps, forecasted move-ins); report weekly KPIs., • Lead response time: <10 minutes during business hours., • Tour set rate and show rate that beat industry averages., • Move-ins per month to reach/maintain targeted occupancy across homes., • Days-to-fill and tour-to-move-in conversion trending down over time., • 1–3+ years in sales or admissions (senior living, home care, healthcare, or similar high-trust sales preferred)., • Confident closer with a warm, service-first approach; excellent phone and in-person communication., • Organized, fast with follow-up, and comfortable using a CRM and text/email automation., • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation; able to travel locally for outreach/events. Core hours: Mon–Fri, ~9a–6p (flexible). Occasional evenings/weekends for tours and events (with notice). Compensation (Base + Commission) • Base Pay: $20–$24/hr (DOE), • Per Move-In Commission: $500 per qualified move-in, • 30-Day Retention Bonus: $250 per resident retained to Day 30, • Occupancy Bonus: $200/month for each home at ≥90% occupancy (pro-rated by month), • Referral Partner Activation: $100 one-time bonus for each new partner that produces a first move-in, • Mileage Reimbursement for approved outreach travel Benefits & Perks • Paid training (CRM, sales playbook, tour script, objection handling)., • Growth path to Senior Admissions or Community Relations Manager as we scale., • Supportive team culture and mission-driven work.
