Job DescriptionDescription: Are you passionate about customer service and interested in working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment? Bambuza Hospitality Group is hiring Front of House Team Members that are flexible with their roles, eager to learn, and excited to provide exceptional customer service. This crossed trained position involves greeting, serving, making drinks, and supporting the kitchen if needed. What you will do: • Be friendly and welcoming when you greet customers into the restaurant, • Take orders efficiently with positive service, • Ensure dishes are correct and serve to customers efficiently, • Bartend and craft cocktails with care, • Keep the front of the house organized and clean, • Bus tables and assist customers consistently, • Unload and stock inventory, • Friendly and outgoing individuals that enjoy serving and helping others, • Calm and work well under pressure, • Good multitaskers that want to get things done, • Strong communication skills and collaborative, • Team members that work well with a diverse team, • Individuals that are eager to learn, positive, and organized Bambuza Hospitality Group is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements: • 1+ year of experience in food service, bartending, or guest service preferred, • Previous experience in a cashier, customer service, or retail position preferred for cashier positions., • Cooking experience is a plus., • Comfortable frequently lifting 50+ lbs and working on your feet require for all positions, • Ability to work well with other team members in a fast-paced environment., • Punctual and reliable, with the flexibility to work shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, due to airport hours.
