Job DescriptionSalary: Competitive Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Location: EPC Surgery Center Department: Anesthesia Reports To: Medical Director / Chief CRNA / ASC Administrator Employment Type: [Full-Time / Part-Time Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). The CRNA will provide high-quality anesthesia services for a variety of outpatient procedures across multiple specialties, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations of patients., • Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans in collaboration with surgeons and healthcare teams., • Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC) for outpatient surgical procedures., • Monitor patients intraoperatively and adjust anesthetic plans as needed for optimal outcomes., • Provide post-anesthesia care and follow-up to assess recovery and address complications., • Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in accordance with ASC protocols and regulatory standards., • Adhere to all safety, infection control, and quality improvement policies., • Participate in emergency preparedness and code situations when necessary., • Masters or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program., • Current and unrestricted RN and APRN licensure in CA., • Certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)., • Current ACLS and BLS certification (PALS preferred)., • Minimum of [1-2] years of CRNA experience in a similar outpatient or surgical setting preferred., • Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills., • MondayFriday schedule; no nights, weekends, or call., • Fast-paced environment with multiple short-duration procedures., • Competitive salary and productivity-based incentives, • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • 401(k) with employer match, • Paid time off (PTO) and continuing education allowance, • Malpractice insurance coverage
