You will assist our surgeons as part of the team that restores sight for our patients! This is a working leader role, where you will rotate among Pre-Op, OR, and PACU stations. You will lead by example and coach your Nursing team to perform safely and efficiently. In this position, you will oversee RN and non RN staff, schedule staff, supervise the ordering of supplies, and handle facility maintenance issues. You will lead your team to ensure that the ASC is survey ready, operating safely and efficiently at all times. In this role, you will be on your feet 8 hours per day working, leading by example, and coaching employees to achieve outstanding performance.
