Job Description A prominent luxury real estate firm is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to support a portfolio of high-end residential properties across New York City. This role is responsible for driving leasing performance, delivering an exceptional client experience, and supporting consistent occupancy across multiple assets. This position is eligible for commission and requires weekend availability. Job Specific Responsibilities and Duties: • Conduct apartment tours and professionally present unit features, building amenities, and neighborhood highlights, • Maintain in-depth knowledge of each assigned building, floor plans, pricing, policies, and surrounding market dynamics, • Track competitive inventory, rental trends, and market positioning to support pricing and leasing strategy, • Prepare lease documentation and coordinate execution in accordance with company procedures and management direction, • Guide prospective residents through the full leasing lifecycle, from initial inquiry through application approval and move-in, • Collect, review, and process applicant documentation accurately and in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements, • Execute marketing and outreach initiatives to maximize lead flow, conversion, and sustained occupancy across the portfolio, • Identify opportunities for internal transfers, upgrades, and renewals to optimize retention and revenue, • Maintain complete, organized records of client correspondence, applications, approvals, and lease files, • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for prospects and residents regarding availability, pricing, policies, and building operations Basic Responsibilities: • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming phone calls, emails, online inquiries, and in-person requests, • Adhere to company policies, operational standards, and compliance requirements, • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and required follow-up activities, • Organize and prioritize daily responsibilities to meet leasing targets and operational deadlines, • Maintain accurate documentation, files, and electronic records in a secure and organized manner, • Deliver a consistently professional, courteous, and service-oriented experience to all clients and stakeholders, • Represent the company with professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct, • Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats, • Meet performance expectations related to productivity, accuracy, responsiveness, and client satisfaction, • Complete required company training and certifications as assigned Qualifications: • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in residential leasing, sales, or real estate operations, • Active New York State Real Estate Salesperson License required, • Bachelor’s degree preferred, • Must be available to work weekends as dictated by leasing demand, • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/property management systems, • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment, • Strong client service orientation with a results-driven mindset Job Specific Requirements: • Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital systems and leasing platforms, • Solid numerical aptitude and comfort working with pricing and reporting, • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry, • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment, • Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in high-volume, deadline-driven environments, • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, multi-property operating environment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
