Job Description EAGLE is seeking a Global Account Manager to join our Business Development team. This role will serve as the primary liaison between EAGLE and our key corporate and international clients, ensuring seamless delivery of services across multiple sites, markets, and standards. Responsibilities include: Serve as the main contact for EAGLE's corporate and international clients, providing exceptional account management and inside sales support. Build and maintain partnerships with international stakeholders (Certification Bodies, Consultants, Training Organizations, US Dept. of Commerce, IT Platform providers). Support EAGLE's international growth strategy, particularly in Mexico and Canada. Identify and engage with new multinational and national clients that align with EAGLE's value proposition. Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and risk assessments for new markets. Represent EAGLE as the delegate to the IQNET Association. Support onboarding and alignment of international auditors, including document preparation and translations (Spanish required). Assist with new product launches and change management for key accounts. Contribute to international marketing efforts through translation, collateral development, and event participation. Provide backup support to the Business Development team during high workload periods. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years in a business to business environment (TIC industry experience preferred). Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (required). Knowledge: Familiarity with Management System Standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, AS 9100, GFSI schemes). Basic accounting and financial analysis skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS 365 Suite, Power BI, CRM platforms (MS Dynamics preferred), and ChatGPT/AI tools. Abilities: Strong analytical and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently. Flexibility for domestic and international travel, including trade shows.
