Job Description Job Title: Sales Coordinator Location: Edison, NJ Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote) Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 annually To Apply: Send resumes to Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Coordinator to support a dynamic, sales-driven organization in the (ecommerce – CPG) consumer products industry. This role provides high-level support to the Sales Department, focusing on reporting, analytics, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong analytical skills, and enjoys partnering with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT to drive performance and results. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and manage the Sales SharePoint/information hub, • Generate and distribute comprehensive sales reports with actionable insights, • Provide territory and activity analysis to support Inside Sales teams, • Prepare sales presentations, call lists, and performance summaries for leadership, • Assist with annual sales projections, expense budgeting, and monthly reporting, • Support internal sales meetings and initiatives, • Research potential new customers and assist Sales Managers with prospecting efforts, • Help manage aged/excess inventory, back orders, and process improvements, • Serve as liaison between Sales and cross-functional departments, • Support order issue resolution and inside sales cold calling efforts Qualifications • 3–5 years of Sales Coordinator or sales operations experience, • Experience supporting a sales-driven, customer-focused organization, • Ecommerce or CPG industry experience a plus, • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI, and Dynamics365, • Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Budgeting and reporting experience preferred, • Familiarity with Adobe software (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop) a plus, • Office products industry experience a plus, • Bachelor’s degree preferred What’s Offered • Hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite / 2 remote), • Competitive salary ($60K–$75K), • Opportunity to work closely with senior sales leadership, • Collaborative and performance-driven team environment If you are a motivated sales support professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic organization, we encourage you to apply.
