This individual is responsible for ensuring our standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are upheld every hour of every day. The General Assistant Store Leader will be the leader in charge when a Store Leader or Multi-Unit Leader is not present. Essential functions • Provide primary support to the sales team to ensure efficient operations and streamlined sales processes., • Maintain and improve sales processes, workflows, and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency., • Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve conversion rates and sales productivity., • Prepare, review, and manage of all documentation, including but not limited to, leases, rental agreements, acceptance documents, and purchase orders., • Manage fleet assets within Fortbrand’s operating systems, • Maintain accurate contract and asset statuses within the ERP system to facilitate accurate reporting, • Resolve client service issues related to lease documentation and vendor payment status., • Serve as the administrator for CRM and other Fortbrand systems; regularly audit CRM data for accuracy and completeness., • Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on lead management, order processing, and revenue tracking., • Troobleshoot and implement technical solutions for sales tools.
