Job Description Job Title: Account Executive – New Business (Fearless Hunter – Most Loved Workplace®) Company: Most Loved Workplace® Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred) Compensation: Base $65,000–$75,000 + uncapped commission (OTE ~ $125,000+) About Most Loved Workplace® Most Loved Workplace® (MLW) is a fast-growing employer branding and culture certification platform. We partner with CHROs, CMOs, and CEOs who want real data, real proof, and real visibility in the market. We are building a sales team of true hunters — people who live for creating new opportunities and closing net-new business. Role: New Business Account Executive (Hunter Only) This is not a renewal role. This is not account management. This is 100% net-new logo acquisition. You create your own pipeline, open your own doors, and close your own deals. If you wait for leads, this is not your role. What You’ll Do * Own net-new revenue: Focus exclusively on acquiring new logos for MLW certification, employer branding packages, and related solutions. * Build your own pipeline: Prospect daily using phone, email, LinkedIn, video, events, referrals, and your own creative outreach. No waiting around for MQLs. * Run full-cycle outbound sales: From first touch to close — prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, and signed contract. * Sell to senior decision-makers: Engage CHROs, CMOs, Talent/People leaders, and C-suite executives with a clear, business-outcome-driven message. * Drive to clear outcomes: Move deals quickly to a yes or no. No drifting, no maybes. You own your pipeline and your number. * Use modern sales tools: Work daily in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, and AI-powered prospecting and sequencing tools. * Leverage your relationships (optional but preferred): Bring a book of business and existing relationships you can convert and expand quickly. Deal sizes: Typically $25K–$45K, with six-figure potential for larger enterprise packages. What You Bring * 3–5+ years of full-cycle B2B new business sales Proven track record as a hunter, not a farmer. * Consistent quota over-achievement Documented success closing outbound-sourced deals. * Experience selling to senior execs Comfort and credibility selling to CHROs, CMOs, and C-suite leaders. Experience in HR tech, employer branding, culture solutions, or SaaS is a plus. * Deal size experience History of closing in the $25K–$45K range and pursuing six-figure opportunities. * Tool fluency Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, and modern/AI outreach tools. * Hunter DNA * You build your own pipeline. * You don’t need to be told what to do. * You’re comfortable making the next call, sending the next email, and pushing deals to closure. * Communication skills Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to lead confident, direct conversations with executives. * Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not required if track record is strong).
