Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Technology/Consumer Products company to hire an Interim Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) in New York, NY. This consulting engagement will run for 3+ months, with 2-3 days per week onsite in Midtown Manhattan. For the right candidate, this role offers potential to convert into a permanent position. We are seeking someone with experience in Technology, SaaS, or Consumer Products. Key Responsibilities • Lead the monthly forecasting process, including revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability projections., • Support the annual budgeting cycle and develop multi-year financial models., • Prepare and analyze monthly FP&A reporting packages, including variance analysis, KPIs, and executive dashboards., • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Accounting to validate assumptions, track performance, and provide actionable insights., • Evaluate revenue trends, cost drivers, customer profitability, and margin performance., • Develop and maintain driver-based forecasting models to support strategic decision-making., • Provide financial insights around demand planning, promotional activities, pricing, and sales trends., • Drive continuous improvements to forecasting accuracy, reporting quality, and FP&A processes., • Support leadership in scenario modeling, business case development, and ad-hoc financial analyses., • Assist with financial controls, cross-functional alignment, and preparation for internal/external stakeholders.Qualifications, • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or CPA a plus., • Prior experience in FP&A within Technology, SaaS, or Consumer Products industries., • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs; dashboarding a plus)., • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms., • Exceptional analytical, communication, and business partnering abilities., • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and provide hands-on, detail-oriented support.Schedule, • 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, 40 hour work week is typical with occasional overtime as needed., • 2-3 days in office in Midtown, Manhattan as minimumEmployment Type:, • Interim/Consulting Position; 3+ month role with potential to be extended a permanent offer.$50-75/hr Pay Details: $50.00 to $75.00 per hour Search managed by: Shoshana Ronen Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
