Were looking for individuals who are: • Hungry to succeed, • Open to coaching and feedback, • Willing to follow a structured plan Key Responsibilities Promote Pivya to healthcare providers within your assigned territory Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff Consistently apply training and coaching in the field Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations What Were Looking For Bachelors degree required 13 years of sales or customer-facing experience (B2B, retail, service, or related) A strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales Proven work ethic and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals Coachabilitysomeone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan Willingness to travel extensively within territory Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Pharmaceutical experience is not requireddrive, attitude, and willingness to learn are.
