Job Description Clinical Supervisor JOB TITLE: Clinical Supervisor FLSA Status: Exempt DEPARTMENT/PROGRAM: Hope of the Horizon SUPERVISOR: Director of Community Crisis Diversion PAY GRADE: 83 [ salary range: $60,405.80 to 65000 commensurate with education and experience ] JOB SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Director of Community Crisis Diversion, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervision of delivery of services to youth clients in Hope on the Horizon. The Clinical Supervisor provides supervision to therapists located at Hope Place. And may carry a caseload from time to time.
