    Key Responsibilities: • Wash, cut, chop, and portion various ingredients including vegetables, proteins, and garnishes., • Prepare all ingredients strictly following Savour Bowl recipes and prep lists., • Marinate proteins and expertly prepare sauces, dressings, and bases., • Label, date, and properly store all food items using the FIFO method (First-In, First-Out)., • Monitor inventory levels, maintain par levels, and notify management of low stock., • Keep prep stations, walk-ins, and storage areas clean and highly organized., • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements., • Assist with receiving deliveries and accurately putting away inventory., • Provide support to the line during peak service periods as needed., • Complete opening and closing prep tasks efficiently., • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen equipment, prep tables, and floors throughout the shift. What We're Looking For: • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment., • Strong knife skills and an exceptional attention to detail., • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., • Reliable, punctual, and able to accurately follow recipes., • Foundational knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices., • Previous prep or kitchen experience is preferred, but not strictly required. How You'll Contribute to Our Success: • All prep tasks are completed efficiently before service begins., • Ingredients are consistently portioned and labeled to maintain quality., • The kitchen remains clean and organized throughout all shifts., • Minimizing food waste through careful preparation and storage., • Ensuring a smooth and efficient handoff between shifts., • Guaranteeing team members always have access to key ingredients during service. Daily Tasks May Include: • Cooking and portioning proteins such as chicken, beef, salmon, and tofu., • Preparing rice and various roasted vegetables., • Precisely cutting cucumbers, kale, cabbage, scallions, and herbs., • Portioning smoothie ingredients and booster shot components., • Restocking the line and maintaining prep sheets throughout the day.

Knowledge of inventory management systems, food safety regulations (such as HACCP), and food industry best practices. Experience overseeing dietary accommodations and managing the dietary department is highly desirable.
