Job Description Overview Community Missions’ Youth Services Division, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Manager to lead our trauma-informed residential program. This role ensures a safe and supportive environment for youth, families, and staff while integrating the Trauma-Informed Restorative Approach into daily practice. Key Responsibilities * Provide clinical leadership, service planning, and therapeutic support (individual & family therapy). * Supervise and support staff, ensuring compliance with OCFS, DSS, OMH, OSHA, and agency standards. * Collaborate with the Program Manager to maintain program safety and quality of care. * Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a restorative, safe environment. * Participate in on-call rotation and maintain strong communication with team and families. Qualifications * Licensed Master’s-level Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or related). * Infraction-free NYS Driver’s License required. * Experience with emotionally disturbed youth, counseling, and group facilitation. * Strong supervisory, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. * CPR/First Aid certified (Agency will provide) Company DescriptionCommunity Missions of Niagara Frontier, Inc.
