Position Summary/ Department Summary: Brief Overview Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Educator Diabetes Key Responsibilities: • Coordinating patient self-management initiatives in a family centric program for pediatric and adolescent patients in Boston Children’s Hospital’s Division of Endocrinology’s ADA recognized outpatient diabetes self-management education program.
