Job Description Position Summary: The primary responsibility of the Coordinator of Arts Education Performances is to support and assist in the development and delivery of high-quality in-person Arts Education Performances. This position will work in direct support of the Senior Manager, Programming & Performances, and in collaboration with all members of the Arts Education team to effectively support the implementation of the Arts Education performances with a concentration on, but not limited to, student performances, SchoolTime sales and logistics, and client events. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Subject to the policies and management direction established by the Vice President of Arts Education, the duties of the Coordinator, Arts Education Performances shall include, but are not limited to:, • Coordinate SchoolTime performance series reservations, including all Salesforce database management, invoicing, and general correspondence to ensure a smooth customer service experience for schools and districts., • In partnership with the Senior Manager, Programming and Performances, serve as AED liaison with Guest Services staff and managers during SchoolTime Performances.
