Job DescriptionHourly Shift Manager Job Summary The Hourly Shift Manager will assist the General Manager (GM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in the operation of a Chicken Salad Chick restaurant in a manner that will provide our guest with a superb experience and will maintain an invigorating and stimulating work environment for all team members while helping the restaurant achieve its financial objectives. Responsibilities will include the areas of Guest Service and Shift Management. Essential Responsibilities • Assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in the daily operation of the restaurant within the budget., • Ensure compliance with established food standards, food quality, preparation and production by adhering to corporate food handling procedures and policies., • Ensure Chicken Salad Chick procedures are followed in the dining room, service area and kitchen., • Train and counsel hourly team members who work during Hourly Shift Manager’s shift., • Guarantee highest level of hospitality and service to all guests at all times., • Coach hourly team members during their shift as needed., • Ensure compliance with all personnel records, team member schedules and reports., • Prepare and maintain administrative and financial records as directed by the General Manager., • Ensure specials, promotions, and marketing plans are presented according to company procedures during shift., • Ensure that hours of operation for the restaurant are maintained during their shift., • Ensure compliance with established safety and sanitation procedures and all Federal, State, and local regulations during shift., • Make decisions regarding team member position assignments, disciplinary actions (as needed when acting as Manager on Duty), execution of shift operations and keeping restaurant clean., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with team members and guests, • Ability to multitask, • Excellent attendance and punctuality; reliability, • Reliable transportation to and from work, • Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility, including bending and stooping, for the duration of the workday, • Must be able to work and perform all duties at any station in the kitchen or service area Note: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills of those in this job classification. Job DescriptionSalary: DOE Beginning Pay $25.00+ (depending on experience) We are looking to hire a detail-oriented HVAC Service Technician to maintain and repair HVAC systems for our Athens location. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, warranty, and emergency repairs. To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort should be your top priority. Ideal candidates will be patient, have strong communication skills, and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities: Maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Recording daily invoices and records of all maintenance functions. Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act. Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements. Assisting with customers' queries. Providing technical direction and on-the-job training. Collecting payment and customer references as needed. Requirements: Valid drivers license. Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays if needed (on rotation). Ability to work in confined spaces. Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to pass DMV check Skills Desired: Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating. Proficient in balancing air flow. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in wiring schematics. Certifications Desired: High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.
