Job Description 4Creeks is seeking a Civil Engineer to work under the direction of a Senior Civil/Traffic Engineer or Department Manager on our Public Works team in our Visalia or Clovis office. Job Description The Assistant City Engineer supports the City Engineer in planning, design, delivery, and oversight of municipal public works and capital improvement projects.
