The employee with be taking care of scheduling appointments and meetings, returning emails, booking flights/hotels, and accompanying Dr. Shridharani on various lectures and travel engagements. The employee will oversee LUXURGERY’s social media. Furthermore, the employee will be versatile and may be asked to be involved with non-medical care of patients within the office. We are looking for a bright individual interested in joining a growing real estate brokerage team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining attention to detail is essential in this position. Knowledge of real estate and the transactional closing process is a plus. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: • Posting to the Multiple Listing Service, • Working with both buyers and sellers, • Supporting the sales team, • Coordinating closings and ensuring a smooth transaction, • Updating CRM and following transactions thought process, • Marketing Listing via. social media and other marketing platforms.
