About You Summary The Digital Product Lead serves as a strategic architect, responsible for steering a defined portfolio within the broader product roadmap. This role drives prioritization of high-impact initiatives and translates business objectives into detailed technical requirements across digital ecosystems—including web (.com) and mobile applications. We are looking for a strategic and user-focused Digital Product Lead to drive the vision, development, and optimization of our eCommerce platforms. This role will be responsible for leading digital product initiatives that enhance the customer experience, increase conversion rates, and support revenue growth across our digital channels. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with UX/UI, engineering, marketing, analytics, and merchandising teams to deliver seamless and innovative online shopping experiences aligned with business goals. Core Functions • Drive Strategic Planning: Translate high-level business goals into actionable product concepts, detailed roadmaps, and functional specifications, • Lead Cross-Functional Innovation: Partner with designers, engineers, and brand stakeholders to ideate and deliver best-in-class user experiences and drive sales that resonate across all digital touchpoints., • Champion a Test-and-Learn Culture: Embrace experimentation by identifying areas for innovation, designing pilot programs, and rapidly iterating based on data-driven insights., • Oversee User Acceptance Testing: Lead comprehensive UA testing efforts to ensure product quality, alignment with business intent, and seamless user interaction., • Define and Measure Success: Establish KPIs and benchmarks that align with industry standards, using them to evaluate performance and guide continuous improvement., • Promote Consistency at Scale: Support efforts to align product features and experiences across brand banners and platforms, fostering cohesion and improving operational efficiency. Knowledge and Skills Requirement • 4-year College degree required, additional PMP certification a plus, • 5+ years in digital product management, with a strong track record across mobile apps, web platforms, and e-commerce ecosystems, • Solid understanding of front-end and back-end development processes, • Familiarity with APIs, content management systems, and mobile operating systems (iOS/Android), • Experience writing or translating functional specs and user stories for engineering teams, • Strong product vision with the ability to prioritize for impact, • Comfortable building roadmaps and balancing short-term wins with long-term investments, • Adept at driving alignment across diverse teams—design, engineering, marketing, and leadership, • Confidence in defining KPIs and using data to optimize product performance, • Experience with A/B testing tools, dashboards, or product analytics platforms, • Proactive, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure, • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Physical Demands and Work Environment • Availability to work a varied, flexible schedule to meet business demands, • Ability to sit/stand in front of a computer for long periods of time, • Ability to adhere to the company’s four day a week in office work requirement, • Ability to travel as required Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $75,000-$105,000 annually. Placement in the range depends on several factors, including experience, skills, education, geography, and budget considerations.
