Job DescriptionDescription: The Director, Payment Operations is a strategic, hands-on execution role, ideal for a leader who thrives in building structure, driving improvement initiatives, and harnessing technology (including AI) to elevate customer, partner, and internal experiences. Success in this role will be determined by the velocity, quality and scale of the payment operation teams’ implementation and support of new projects, feature releases, product launches and cross-functional objectives. Job Description The company’s Simulator Solutions Architect (SSA) designs, or oversees the design of, technical solutions by prescribing COTS, AVT reused, or custom components, both hardware and software. This includes providing technical oversight, leadership and guidance to Systems Engineers, Hardware Engineers, and Software Engineers throughout the proposal, design, development, test, and support life cycle.
